Some of the original home sites are as large as half an acre, although many are more modest. In addition to the original section of Berry Creek, there are other sections with different nuances. The Reserve at Berry Creek is where new construction sites are still available in Berry Creek. Homes in the Reserve start in the low $400’s, and go up to the $600’s. There are a variety of builders in this section of Berry Creek, including Innovation Custom Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Jimmy Jacobs, and others. It’s an easy walk or golf cart ride to the country club’s pool, tennis, and gym facilities. The Meadows End at Berry Creek is really only one street, where nearly all the homes back to the golf course and are built by Jack Hunnicutt. They are very custom and this is perhaps the most luxurious section of the community. Prices reach into the $700’s. The Woods at Berry Creek is the most affordable section of Berry Creek, starting in the $200’s and peaking in the $300’s. The area lends itself to safe bike riding, dog walking, etc. and has lots with many great trees.
