Just west of I-35 and North of the Georgetown Municipal Airport, Serenada, TX is known for its natural beauty, quiet streets and large acre+ lots. If being on the water floats your boat, Lake Georgetown is only minutes away. And you don’t have to worry about where to store your toys, the oversized lots in Serenada provide ample room for your boat and/or RV. The homes in Serenada all sit on a larger half acre to acre+ lots. Most of the homes in this well-established area are Ranch Style and built in the 70’s and 80’s. They have a septic tank but utilize City water. Most homes start in the high 200’s and go up from there. If you feel drawn to the outdoors, Serenada, TX is a great place to call home. Feed your need for adventure at Lake Georgetown where you can take up trail running, kayaking, wake boarding, or camping. There is something for everyone here. Parks abound in Georgetown and you can find playgrounds, playscapes, soccer fields, baseball fields, swimming holes, and swing-sets at San Gabriel Park.
