Just west of I-35 and North of the Georgetown Municipal Airport, Serenada, TX is known for its natural beauty, quiet streets and large acre+ lots. If being on the water floats your boat, Lake Georgetown is only minutes away. And you don’t have to worry about where to store your toys, the oversized lots in Serenada provide ample room for your boat and/or RV. Parks abound in Georgetown and you can find playgrounds, playscapes, soccer fields, baseball fields, swimming holes, and swing-sets at San Gabriel Park.
