Great Hills is one of Austin’s most prominent neighborhoods, featuring some of Austin’s most dramatic Hill Country landscapes, most challenging golf and best shopping. Great Hills is located at the intersection of Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway) and Highway 183, giving residents easy access to all areas of Austin. Great Hills is a large community, served by both the Round Rock and Austin ISDs–it was developed in the 1970s and construction of new homes continued through the 2006.
