Many Austinites Don't Know Georgetown
I'm often called an evangelist for Georgetown by my real estate peers in Austin. It's because I'm constantly talking about all of the great homes in Georgetown and the great aspects of living here.
Often, I find people in Austin think they know Georgetown, but don't really. Georgetown is a vibrant, dynamic place anchored by a leading liberal arts college. It's full of energy, business opportunities--and absolutely gorgeous homes that are priced more competitively than those in Austin.
