National Real Estate Trends Affect Georgetown, Austin Markets
Between the Fed’s Beige Book release last week, the Mortgage Bankers Association Annual Convention this week, the release of the Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate on Wednesday and all the buzz about Texas as an overvalued housing market, I thought it was a good time to look at all of this national and state level information and discuss what it means for the local housing market in the Greater Austin Area.

Looking for someone to share your new Georgetown home with? Look no further! If you recently moved to Georgetown, or have been here a while, but need a new friend, Roxy would love to be your new companion! She is approximately 6 years old, but has all the energy of a pup. She loves being outdoors and would make a wonderful companion on the San Gabriel Hike and Bike trails, especially the Good Water Loop where you could take her swimming in the lake with you.
Looking For a New Home in Georgetown
This lovely lady has been at the Georgetown Animal Shelter for 7 months and is desperate to meet her forever family. The folks at the animal shelter just love Roxy and are working their best to make sure she is ready for her new family – she is house trained, knows tricks like shake, sit, stay, and speak, and she can walk on a leash. They have even reduced her adoption fees so that the right family will be able to take her home with no has. ...
