According to Unlock MLS September 2025 data, active listings climbed 10% year-over-year to 13,665 homes, and the median sales price dipped 1.8% to $420,000. Homes are averaging 76 days on market with 5.7 months of inventory, all strong indicators that buyers now hold leverage in negotiations.
