The Falls of San Gabriel in Georgetown, Texas
The Natural Beauty of the Falls of San Gabriel
Georgetown is a fantastic city. With access to great entertainment, dining, shopping and not to mention a quick and hassle-free route to Austin, its easy to see why it’s one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. And many of the communities in Georgetown take advantage of the beautiful natural setting of the HIll Country. One of the best examples is the Falls of San Gabriel.
Located near Bootys Crossing Rd, just off Williams Drive, the Falls of San Gabriel is a small community offering both great amenities as well as a relaxed lifestyle. Built around a hiking trail and just down the road from Bootys Road Park, homes and lots appeal to nature lovers --there's a 7-acre homeowners park and scenic views of the surrounding countryside. Hidden away among the trees are walking paths to the great secluded fishing spots of the San Gabriel River. The hiking trail is a great way to stay fit and explore the surrounding rock formations, springs and Hill Country views. Lake Georgetown with all its boating, fishing and swimming opportunities is a quick drive down the road.
Ed Wohlrab, Wilde Wood Construction, Mirabella and Tim Long offer buyers loads of choices when it comes to styles and customization. And with homes blending into the natural and tree-filled lots, nature lovers will find whatever they have their heart set on. Prices start in the $400’s with 3-4 bedrooms and while many may not be an acre, the greenbelt adjoining the lots makes it feel bigger than it is. The custom builders have made sure that no two homes are the same, so great variety and uniqueness is available.
Residents in the Falls are never too far away from anything. Wolf Ranch and downtown Georgetown, with its historic Square and fabulous shopping and dining is less than 10 minutes away. Georgetown Country Club happens to be just down the road if you’re looking for a game of golf or tennis. And with quick access to I35, getting into Austin can take as little as 30 minutes! Kids in the neighborhood attend Frost Elementary, Benold Middle School and Georgetown High, which is a Blue Ribbon Award winner.
If you happen to have a green thumb but still enjoy city living with access to great amenities, then the Falls of San Gabriel is the prefect place for you!
