The Enclave: Homes for Sale in Georgetown TX
The Enclave Offers Some of Georgetown's Most Desirable Homes
The selection of homes for sale in Georgetown TX is large (and growing). From luxurious Tuscan-inspired villas to affordable yet still charming custom homes. While you may not be in the mood for something extravagant or elaborate, rest assured that custom homes in a tight-knit community offer all the simple pleasures and conveniences of wooded acreage close to the city, with none of the negatives. And that describes The Enclave to a tee.
Built between 2003 and 2012 and spreading out to only two streets, The Enclave offers custom homes on one plus acre lots in a tree filled setting. Even with being in such a small area, homes here offer a great selection of choices and include spacious 4 bedroom designs. Custom builders in the area have included Jeff Watson and Donovan White. But one of the most appealing perks of The Enclave is its access to the city sewer system. As a bonus, with prices starting in the $400’s, homes in The Enclave enjoy great conveniences, comforts and great value. Families with kids have access to the very appealing Georgetown ISD, which include Frost Elementary, Benold Middle School and Georgetown High School, which received the National Blue Ribbon Award.
The Enclave is located just off Williams Drive and getting into the middle of Georgetown, particularly the historic Victorian square, with all its charming shops, dining and amenities takes less then 10 minutes. Wolf Ranch is closely nearby for even more shopping and eating spots. For boating, fishing and swimming activities, the beautiful Lake Georgetown is just around the corner that also leads to the San Gabriel River for scenic hike and bike trails. I35 is just down the road and lets you travel to Austin in as little as 30 minutes.
The Enclave just goes to show that size isn’t everything. This community has tons of character --if you're considering homes for sale in Georgetown TX, The Enclave is worth a look.
